  Visited this location twice and got April as my server twice. She is beyond awesome and takes great care of her guests. I watched her run an orange juice out to an elderly man that left it at his table by accident. It was a very kind gesture. The food was great and this place is always busy! Happy 4th of July, April! Thank you for everything.

  Pancakes hard, bacon taste like it was fried on-a dirty grill, coffee bitter. No silverware at the  table . Had to ask for  it then she didn't want to give the kids silverware for their French Fries. What in the world? .Very disappointed.

  We wanted to find a place that was low key and able to seat the 8-10 people that we were meeting.
  
  We arrived about 45min earlier than the other people. The waitress seated us, provided coffee and many refills.
  
  I asked her to give me the check at the end of the meal.  We ordered and ate in 3 waves. The food was as expected. Typical IHOP food. The waitress was more than friendly. She ensured our comfort the entire visit. Drinks were constantly refilled, plates were cleared quickly after the eating was complete. Likely the best experience we've had at an IHOP.
  
  We would def eat here again. I'd hope we would get the same server.  She brought the food out immediately as it was done so we would eat our meals when they were hot.
  
  It's in an awkward location. It's at the end of the shopping center.

  Me and a buddy drove here for brunch on a Saturday, we waited to be sat, it was fairly busy but not to the point where servers would be struggling to get orders out. We went ahead and ordered our food right away, we knew what we wanted. Our order was taken by our server, and drinks were brought out. It was after one full hour of waiting for our Food, while watching other people that literally ordered the same exact thing 20 minutes after us, get their food first is completely unacceptable. I let the waitress know that we would be leaving, and to charge me for the drinks.  Ihop makes great food, but will definitely not be coming to this place due to their lack of attention into customer service.

  We waited in a crowded room for 15 minutes before being seated. Took about 30 minutes to bring us our food. First few bites tasted good and then everything got cold and tasted bad. It was freezing in there so that probably didn't help. Never got drink refills and the waitress only came back to check on us to bring us the bill..
